Take Barbie. She's been around for over 20 years. Periodic updating has kept her in touch with today's kids and she's still *** hot item. Other new dolls like strawberry shortcake and the care bear are also popular. What have you been buying for Pucci things? However, nothing has captured the public's attention this year like the Cabbage Patch kids, but it doesn't appear that the cabbage patch kids shortage is going damage the fad *** lot of parents. Although they're buying substitutes say they plan to purchase *** doll for *** child's birthday or other special occasion. We ship 200,000 cabbage patch kids *** week between their introduction in June and the end of this year, we will ship well in excess of 2.5 million cabbage patch kids. Parents weren’t able to shop online for Christmas presents in 1983. They had to brave the hectic crowds and hope against all odds that the special toy their little one coveted most was available.Star Wars toys, Barbies and G.I. Joe were just a few of the top sellers, but the top winner was undoubtedly Cabbage Patch Kids. They were still new, and parents were having a hard time securing a doll.
