'She's just an incredible person': Ilona Maher's hometown cheers on Team USA rugby player, social media star
The way the US rugby team walks into *** room is how they move about all they do together. Our lights revolve around this sport and this team and this organization. And so for this Olympic build up, we've really put *** big focus on our culture, creating values that resonate with all of us. You see it on the field and off love, selflessness, work ethic resilience and courage. *** top four team. Now crediting what they call their high woman philosophy for their success. Who is that one woman in our life or multiple women in our life that motivate us and inspire us on *** daily basis to keep striving um to keep working for the women that worked for us, part of their strength, their openness and vulnerability on social media where *** little Mar is queen. Hopefully I'm on one of these massive screens one day. They genuinely have fun together. They trend and they're liked and should oppose draw negativity. They lean on that high woman and this village to gain strength. And I think it comes back to knowing who you are and that's the resilience part and that's what your village can help you do is be more sure and confident in who you are. Then nothing, nothing anybody can say can take you away from your values. Once you learn who you are drawing confidence from my grandma or my mom and my sisters or even Taylor Swift.
