It's arguably one of the cutest competitions in the Susquehanna Valley: The Kiwanis Baby Race at the Elizabethtown Fair in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.Watch the race for yourself in the video aboveBabies who are 6-12 months old raced to win $200 on Tuesday.Victoria Regal was the quickest crawler — no walking allowed.Her parents, Cole and Genevieve, said the win was fantastic, but even having her in their lives is a blessing and a joy."She was through IVF, and we only had one chance. She also earned a $50 gift card to Carters for being the best dressed. The costume theme was barnyard animals.

Babies who are 6-12 months old raced to win $200 on Tuesday.
