Marvel Studios has released the trailer for their new "Thunderbolts*" film, which features Marvel favorites teaming up for an unlikely adventure. Florence Pugh returns to the Marvel Universe staring in the film as Yelena Belova, sister of Natasha Romanoff (Black Widow). Also returning to the Marvel Universe is Sebastian Stan as Bucky Barnes, David Harbour as Red Guardian, Wyatt Russell as John Walker, Olga Kurylenko as Taskmaster, and Hannah John-Kamen as Ghost.The trailer shows Yelena Belova meeting John Walker, Taskmaster and Ghost in a heist and the group becomes recruited to go on missions for the U.S. government. It is unknown how, but Bucky Barnes and Red Guardian also join the group of reformed supervillains to complete the missions. The movie also stars Julia Louis-Dreyfus as Valentina Allegra de Fontaine, the woman sending the group on their missions. "Thunderbolts*" releases in theaters on May 2, 2025.
