The list of key swing states has changed since the 2020 presidential election.

Swing state voters are once again back in the spotlight. They look *** little different from the last go around between Republicans and Democrats after key demographics swelled in the sunbelt states and slowed in the midwest. The once predictable campaign formula has been turned on its head. Seven states and two regions in the US could have an outsized impact on the outcome of the 2024 presidential election. The Blue Wall States of Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania and the Sun Belt States of Arizona, Nevada, Georgia and North Carolina. Most notably missing from the swing state map is the industrial Midwest with Republicans having sway in the region, with white voters without college degrees. Ohio and Iowa are no longer stuck in the electoral tug of war. Latinx, Asian American and young black voting demographics have notably increased within the Sun Belt. Though this region is not boldly blue, North Carolina and Georgia could still be wild cards as North Carolina has historically leaned. Republican Vice President Harris's campaign aims to carry on the popularity of her party's predecessor as Democrats fortified the Blue Wall in 2020 thanks to the support of unions, black voters and college students. Although going into the next election, the blue wall may seem Impenetrable. Democrats may need to fortify the cracks especially since former President Trump won the region in 2016 against Hillary Clinton. As voters cast their ballots watching these regions will be key to determining the electoral college winner in 2024. Yeah.
