New research from WalletHub shows where people face the highest median student loan payments in the U.S.

Hi. Yeah, we all know college. Very expensive federal data shows the average student loan debt is about $38,000 per borrower. It's *** lot now we're digging into brand new numbers from wallet hub. Ok, revealing the states where people have the most expensive monthly payments on their student loan debt. Here's what they found coming in at number three, Vermont, the median payment there $223 *** month. Number two Massachusetts $226 *** month. And number one, the state with the most expensive monthly student loan payments. Sorry, New Hampshire, that's you. The median payment there $229 *** month. So what can you do to pay off your student loans faster if you can always pay more than the minimum payment if you get *** windfall of money like your tax refunds, put that money right into the loan payment and look into any loan forgiveness programs you may qualify for.
