NFL fines Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes for 'violent gesture' in loss to Bills
Ok, I guess far away, uh, after you see anything different, you just go around basically that. Um, no, I mean, they're, they're *** good defensive football team. They've been like that. Um, my entire career and coach mcdermott does *** great job of getting the guys in the right spots and the guys make plays. So it's *** good football team and, and they got us to the, you gotta come with more, uh, um, just obviously regular season. This is what we are thee and for your heart today, how did that go? The mindset, just first loss of the seat, just, you know, moving forward, right? And just tell motivated guys to just, yeah, I mean, it can, you can use it as fuel. Um, I mean, like I said, it's *** good football team so nothing to hang your head out, uh, head on. I'm losing to them, but, uh, we feel like we can play better. So, uh, we'll, we'll get back to work and, um, and try to use this as ***, um, *** spark so that we can be *** better football team in the end. And, um, the undefeated thing was cool. But that's not our ultimate goal. So we'll keep building towards that. How you gonna need better, great respect for Josh. We just think of the last point. Yeah. No, that, that was ***, that was *** great football play. I mean, I mean, I've seen the play that they ran, um, I saw it on the field and, I mean, that was not, not really an option. That's just *** guy making *** play in *** big moment. Um, and so, um, whenever the play is not there, he does *** great job of making plays happen. And, um, I mean, that's what he did in that on that last play, picked up some moments in there. Just we wonder what is it about those bones? Do you feel like it was the moment this morning? Yeah. Yeah, I mean, you, you just kind of do or die, you gotta, you gotta score, um, or the game's gonna be over. Um, and so we, we, we turned it on as an offense and we were able to get down there and score *** touchdown. Um, but it wasn't enough today and, um, we got to have *** better sense of urgency or I have to have *** better sense of urgency, uh, throughout the entire game, uh, the first one or the second one. I saw *** guy wide open, I just got hit and threw it 3 ft over his head, so I just can't do that. I mean, I mean, you don't know. I mean, I, I'm hoping that it is *** benefit. Um, I mean, I'm not gonna say, um, we, we were relaxed but at that same time, I feel like we were just coming away with these wins at the end of the game and I think it's gonna spark us to, to have more urgency, especially at the start of football games, especially with the offense and that comes from me and turning the ball over on the first drive is something you can't do in big games like this. And so, um, the hope is that this is *** spark for us, um, that we can play better football going throughout the rest of the, the regular season and into the postseason. No, not, not in *** sense. Um, I mean, I hope you hope you have the same result to end it. I'll, I'll say that, um, but at the end of the day and that's *** really good football team, um, it's gonna take your best football to beat great football teams and we didn't play our best football today. Um, and they went out there and beat us. I mean, that's just, that's how it rolls in the NFL. And so, um, uh, all, all the respect to them and that, that's gonna be *** good football team that we'll, we'll probably see again, is that of *** timing thing or is that, you know, just, I mean, it's probably just me throwing it more inbounds to the guy that's wide open for *** touchdown. So, if I, if I throw it inbounds to walk in touchdown, I just have to be better there. You know, you guys did such *** good job, not dwelling on the, on the undefeated thing. Now that it's over, did it ride on you guys *** little bit. Is that *** hard thing to sort of? No, I don't, I don't think it did. I mean, I think more than anything, I think we just, there was *** confidence that we were gonna make it happen at the end of games. Um, that, um, I mean, whenever games are closed, they can go one way, *** guy can like Josh can make *** play and then the game's kind of in *** sense over. And so, um, just trying to find ways to win games by not always one score, find ways to have more urgency throughout the entire game will be important for us to, to kind of, um, go about, um, going into this next week. What do you get out of this game in the context of the Bills you need? It's, it's always *** couple of plays. I mean, like you said, the, the throw to Xavier, I keep that in bounds, you to touch down on that drive. Uh, um, maybe the I call protection wrong, get *** free rusher and it kind of stalls out *** drive or if, um, *** play here or there, that's kind of the difference of these games we're playing. It's not like, I mean, it's two good football teams and, um, today Josh makes the play and, and we didn't, um, and so, uh, all credit to them and like, like I said, it's *** great football team and it's all about *** couple of plays here and there that changed the outcome of the game. Play, wide receiver, one side. What do you see from some of the other guys passes to different guys that may, may play? Yy. Yeah, I thought offensively we did *** good job spreading the football around. Um, Xavier came out hot making plays, hopefully we can keep him more involved throughout the entirety of the game. Um, that, that goes with me giving him chances. Um, but, uh, other guys stepped up, noah, two touchdowns, uh, uh, Peyton with *** big catch down in the red zone. Um, you gotta, you gotta have that and I think that's something that we can build on, um, as, as well as just getting the entire offense going. I mean, you see when it, we're rolling, we're hard to stop. It's just, we have to have consistent consistency throughout the entire game.
