Putin signs off record Russian defense spending as top EU officials visit Kyiv
Over the last year, Russia has bolstered its relationship with North Korea with Putin's regime aiding the North's launching of spy satellites into orbit. Now, after months of speculation about North Korean artillery and troops being used in Russia's continued invasion of Ukraine. It now appears that Kim Jong Un is expanding *** key weapons manufacturing complex. One that has been used to supply ballistic weapons for Putin's army satellite images reveal the arms manufacturing area called the February 11 plant expanding according to experts, the arms facility is on the country's east coast near its second largest city Hamhung. And according to *** US based think tank, additional missile assembly and worker housing buildings are currently under construction as well as another unknown underground facility. The plant is believed to manufacture huong 11 class ballistic missiles ones which use more advanced solid state fuel. They also fly lower than traditional missiles of their kind better evading defense systems. Ukrainian officials say that Russia has been using these munitions in their war in eastern Europe, Pyongyang and Moscow continue to deny any such collaboration.

Oleksandr Prokudin said. Seven others were wounded in the attack.Meanwhile, the number of wounded in Saturday's missile strike in Dnipro in central Ukraine rose to 24, with seven in serious condition, Dnipropetrovsk Gov. Serhiy Lysak said. Four people were killed in the attack.Moscow sent 78 drones into Ukraine overnight into Sunday, Ukrainian officials said. According to Ukraine's air force, 32 drones were destroyed and a further 45 drones were lost, likely having been electronically jammed.In Russia, a child was killed in a Ukrainian drone attack in the Bryansk region bordering Ukraine, according to regional Gov. Alexander Bogomaz.Russia's Defense Ministry said that 29 Ukrainian drones were shot down overnight into Sunday in four regions of western Russia: 20 over the Bryansk region, seven over the Kaluga region, and one each over the Smolensk and Kursk regions.
