Major retailers have extended their holiday return windows, but electronics may have shorter deadlines.

Yeah, if you have to return any holiday gifts this year, the good news is most of the big stores have stretched out their return windows well into January. So Walmart, Macy's, Amazon accepting holiday returns now through January 31. For Walmart, this includes most items bought after October 1st. If you bought stuff at Macy's, Is. After October 7th, and for Amazon items bought after November 1st. But if you bought electronics, know those usually have *** shorter return window. At Target, for example, Apple products bought between November 7th and December 24th must be returned, boom, by January 8th. All other electronics need to be returned. By January 24th, otherwise, Target's return window is typically 90 days for non-electronics. So electronics redefine print. Some other retailers now, Best Buy accepting returns on items bought after November 1st through January 14th, and JC Penney will accept purchases made after October 15th through January 15th. Walmart

Walmart says most items purchased in-store or online from October 1 through December 31 are returnable until January 31, 2025. There are some exceptions, so make sure you check their full holiday return policy here.

Target’s general return policy is 90 days; however, Target has specific policies for electronics bought during the holidays.
