Celebrate New Year’s Eve at Countdown on the Cobblestones, a festival hosted at the Old Sacramento Waterfront. The event runs from 4-10 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 31. Free admission.There will be live music, interactive activities and a light show. Sacramento’s Poet Laureate Andru Defeye will be the event's host. Onstage performers include:The PhilharmonikDJ EpikElement Brass BandDJ El Indio At 9 p.m., a light and pyrotechnic show will commence.
