State officials offer some support, mainly criticism of policy

As crowds rally at airports across California to show their frustration over President Donald Trump's executive order that temporarily bans travel for some people, lawmakers who represent the state are sharing a variety of reactions to the policy. The executive order Trump signed on Friday included: A 90-day ban on travel to the U.S. by citizens of Iraq, Syria, Iran, Sudan, Libya, Somalia and Yemen.A 120-day suspension of the U.S. refugee program.An indefinite suspension for processing refugees from Syria.
