AND DRIVING CARS THAT HAVE BEEN MODIFIED OR LOWERED TO BE A CERTAIN HEIGHT. DURING LAST YEAR’S LEGISLATIVE SESSION. A RESOLUTION TO RECOGNIZE CRUISING AND IT’S CULTURAL SIGNIFICANCE WAS UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED BY THE STATE LEGISLATURE WITH BI-PARTISAN SUPPORT. ON THE LOCAL LEVEL THE CITY OF SACRAMENTO LIFTED A BAN ON CRUISING AFTER MONTHS OF NEGOTIATIONS. >> CRUSING IS PART OF CALIFORNIA’S CULTURE, LOWRIDERS ARE PART OF OUR STATE CULTURE, AND WE WANT TO MAKE SURE THAT WE HONOR THAT AS STATE LEGISLATORS. >> SO, ITS TIME FOR OTHER CITIES TO FOLLOW THE FOOTSTEPS OF SACRAMENTO, SAN JOSE AND OTHERS TO REPEAL THESE ARCHAIC AND DISCRIMINATORY LAWS. >> CAR CLUBS FROM SACRAMENTO, MODESTO, SAN JOSE, SAN FRANCISCO, AND SAN DIEGO AND WERE AT THE STATE CAPITOL TODA
