Need some holiday gift inspiration before you fill up your shopping cart this weekend? Look no further than our Rossen Reports gift guide – made up of our favorite products we tested this year.
For your home
We love these battery-powered, remote control-operated puck lights we tested this Spring. We found them on Amazon for around $30. You can stick the lights under cabinets, in closets, or on shelves to upgrade your lighting around your home.
Rossen Reports: Make your home look fancy with these cheap tricks
For snack time
We tested the Popco microwavable popcorn popper this summer and love how it made perfect popcorn without needing any butter or oil. It typically costs anywhere from $10 to $15 on Amazon. It’s also great for saving money because you’ll never need to buy bagged popcorn again.
Rossen Reports: TikTok made me buy it, but does it really work?
For a splurge pick
We tested the viral Hatch Restore 2 sunrise alarm clock this fall, which is currently on sale for $139.99. We love all the different sound and light settings it has and how bright it gets in the morning to wake you up. Purchasing the smart alarm clock also includes a free trial to Hatch+, a subscription service for bonus content and sleep stories, though you don’t need Hatch+ to use the Restore 2 – we think it does plenty of cool stuff on its own.
Rossen Reports: Award-winning sleep gear for better rest
Other products we love from past years
Dryer vent cleaner
Lint and other debris can build up in your dryer vent and catch fire. We tested this dryer vent cleaning kit from Home Depot that works with ease when attached to a cordless power drill.
Rossen Reports: You need this ‘bizarre’ device to stop dryer fires
An alarm to scare off intruders
We love this window alarm for your home or college students living on campus. It has a receiver that can be placed at the base of the window and a sensor that’s placed on the window itself. When the two separate, the alarm goes off.
Rossen Reports: Campus crime alert, these gadgets could protect you
A treat dispenser for your furry friends
We love the Furbo Pet Camera, which lets you watch your pet while you’re away. You can even load it up with treats and toss them to your pet by pressing a button on the companion app!
Rossen Reports: These products will protect your pet
