Hi. Yeah, we've got *** new warning from the better business Bureau job scams on the rise again right now. And it makes sense. Businesses are typically looking for employees around the holidays and now scammers are taking advantage of that. So if you're looking for *** job, watch out for these red flags. One, any job that asks you for money, like paying an application fee or for equipment, no legit business will do that. They're supposed to be paying you. Not the other way around two, any job where you get an offer with without even interviewing again. Legit businesses don't do this. They wanna talk to you first. Ok. And finally any job promising big money for simple tasks like reshipping packages, *** huge red flag for all, you know, the items you're replacing could have been bought with *** stolen credit card. The Better Business Bureau is warning everyone to be on the lookout for job scams this holiday season.According to the BBB, scammers exploit the surge in seasonal hiring by targeting job seekers with fraudulent job offers.Job scams have increased in recent years, and the BBB’s Scam Tracker Risk Report identified them as the second riskiest scams in 2023, with a median dollar loss of $1,995.
